Rice Pudding

Submitted by Dolly, from the slow cooker recipe cook book.

  • 1 litre of your preferred milk
  • 125 g short grain rice such as risotto
  • 100 g sugar (I use dark brown soft muscovado)
  • 25 g butter
  • Stick of cinnamon or flat tea spoon ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract, optional

Medium setting 3 hours, if still runny keep it in the pot a little longer.
