- 1 litre of your preferred milk
- 125 g short grain rice such as risotto
- 100 g sugar (I use dark brown soft muscovado)
- 25 g butter
- Stick of cinnamon or flat tea spoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla extract, optional
Medium setting 3 hours, if still runny keep it in the pot a little longer.
