- 4 ounces of margarine
- 4 ounces of granulated sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 ounces (or even more) currants
- 4 ounces of Self-Raising Flour
Cream together the Margarine and Sugar, and then add to beaten eggs.
Add the flour and currants and mix together well. If necessary add a little milk so that the mixture is of a dropping consistency. Place in a well-greased pudding basin, and cook until well risen and firm. My Microwave which is an 800 watt takes 6 minutes. If necessary add a little extra time.
