We’re taking a break from Braille for Beginners this week so that Jenny can have some much-needed time off in the first week of the school holidays.
In its place, join our Chairman Dave Williams as he talks us through the features and functions of the Orbit Reader 20. After a brief physical tour of the unit for prospective buyers, we’ll learn how to read books, manage files and take notes. We’ll also discuss connecting the Orbit Reader to external devices, find out where to download braille books in BRF format, and learn how to convert mainstream files (e.g. Microsoft Word documents) to BRF for use on the Orbit Reader.
This session is based on enquiries we’ve received during previous calls, but if we miss something in which you’re particularly interested, there will be plenty of time for questions.
