Mindfulness Session

We’re delighted to announce that we’re now in a position to offer a free online group focussing on fostering resilience and responding mindfully to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Laurent Cadet de Fontinay, a registered counselling psychologist, will be running the sessions, which are free to join and will last around an hour.

The course will focus on strategies to deal effectively with anxieties and difficulties you might be feeling during the COVID-19 pandemic.
