Our second free mindfulness session on responding mindfully to the COVID-19 pandemic. A licenced counselling psychologist runs the course, which we hope will provide you with some of the tools and skills you need to help you through the coming weeks. Tonight’s session will last around an hour. The course is structured so that you won’t need to have attended last weeks to benefit from today’s session.
