We would like to share with you an important issue regarding our USB Braille display driver with Windows. As of the most recent Windows update, our legacy USB drivers have been disabled due to outdated security certificates. We are currently addressing this problem with Microsoft and hope to have a fix soon. This affects our BrailleSense 6 line, the QBraille, and other older Braille displays over USB. These devices can still be used over Bluetooth, and the eMotion and the new BrailleSense 7 are not affected at all, as they do not use these drivers. We recognize the serious and widespread nature of this problem, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing our users. We will update you with a fix as soon as possible.
