This week, we’ll be holding an open Q&A to find out what our growing community wants to discuss over the coming weeks – if you’ve got a recipe you’re itching to try, or a piece of equipment you’d like us to talk about, come along and let us know and we’ll cover it over the coming weeks.

With one in ten disabled people in the UK being unable to complete a transaction in cash, and many bank branches closed for all but essential appointments, we’ll be talking about practical ways of managing your finances during lockdown.

Many blind and partially sighted people are concerned we won’t be able to maintain social distancing when using the assistance services provided by transport operators. On Friday, we’ll be joined by a representative from a major UK train operating company, as well as a Campaigns Officer from Guide Dogs for the Blind. Ben made an intercity train journey for work last week, and he’ll be sharing some audio with us, letting us know how he got on.
